hi, my name is hannah!
You know when there’s something that you just meant for? Design is that for me. Taking a project from a vision to a beautiful, elevated design is something that is part of my being.
Even at 10 years old, I was obsessed with looking at fonts and pretty pictures in magazines and watching HGTV shows dreaming up how I was going redecorate our family home. I noticed and loved beautiful experiences and designs from a very young age.
I went on to earn my B.S. in Business Marketing from the Lacy School of Business at Butler University and began my career working in new home construction sales before I took a role as Marketing Manager for a luxury real estate company in Nashville, Tennessee. During these years, I assisted 40+ real estate agents with various aspects of marketing including branding, email marketing, print marketing, and more while also managing the company’s social media marketing.
After becoming a mama, I decided to take the bold leap into entrepreneurship and turned my freelancing side hustle into HB Creative Company. Fast forward five years and I’ve been honored to serve clients in multiple industries across the country through elevated brand and website design.
outside of work
I live in Illinois with the loves of my life: my husband, kiddos, and two sweet pups - Charlie and Poppy. My husband Kendal and I have been married for over seven years and have two boys. Brooks is an active and adventurous three-year-old and Bennett is the sweetest baby ever (still refusing to call him a toddler)! When I’m not working on my business or spending time with my two littles, you will most likely find me working on the design of our dream home or planning our next family getaway.
